Paris News, October 26, 1978

BONHAM — Mrs. Addie Mae Williams, 39, of Honey Grove, died in McCuistion Regional Medical Center in Paris Sunday night of injuries received in a motorcycle accident on Highway 34 at Honey Grove. Services will be Saturday at 2 p.m. at the Eighth Street Methodist Church in Honey Grove with the pastor, the Rev. C. 0. Espie, officiating. Burial will be in Cedar Hill Cemetery in Honey Grove by Fannin County Funeral Home of Bonham. Mrs. Williams was born in Honey Grove, daughter of Nash and Everlean Haggerty. She graduated from Honey Grove High School and was a member of Eighth Street Methodist Church. She was first married to John Hunt in 1956. She later married John Williams in 1976. Survivors include her mother of Honey Grove and her father of California; two daughters, Gwendolyn Hunt of East Texas State University at Commerce and Trena Hunt of Honey Grove; a grandmother, Mrs. Addie Pearson of Honey Grove; and several aunts and uncles.
